| Born in England, raised in Amsterdam, Holland and currently using Los Angeles as home-base.
I started taking pictures at the age of 14 when I went to my first concert in Amsterdam; AC/DC. Got my first Rock & Roll images published at 17 and moved to Los Angeles at 21.
Completed Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara in 1991 and since then have been roaming the planet looking for pictures.
I still specialize in Rock & Roll pictures and the Rock & Roll attitude, which doesn't mean that I always photograph rock bands. For me, Rock & Roll is an attitude and a passion and you either got it or you don't. I love finding it in rock bands as well as in actors, athletes, pop stars, business moguls, producers, film makers, weddings, funerals, and on the streets of New York and Shenzhen.
Besides having a large variety of freelance clients in Los Angeles and New York, I am also currently one of the staff photographers at Von Dutch Los Angeles.
Even with over 25 years of photography experience, life is still only just beginning!
